Cult Of Parthenope is extremely proud to announce that Norwegian Black Metal legends Carpathian Forest will perform a UK exclusive “Black Shining Leather” special set at Cosmic Void Festival 2022.
Formed by Nattefrost and Nordavind in 1990, the Norwegian commando Carpathian Forest created genre classics like “Black Shining Leather”, “Strange Old Brew” and “Morbid Fascination Of Death” which still stand for innovative and repulsive Black Metal art at its best. But not only because of these sinister masterpieces, but also because of their persistent reputation as one of the sickest live acts ever. “Nasty, ugly, grim and repulsive shit!” is their controversial manifesto, as cited in the band’s bio.
Carpathian Forest will celebrate their triumphant return to London with an exclusive show featuring a special setlist focused on their masterpiece “Black Shinig Leather” (1998) as well as on the highly anticipated new album to be released this year.
